The Effigies are playing this Friday, June 8th at Club 505,
505 E. State, Rockford, Illinois

Show starts @ 9:30. Chicago's Squared Off and Rockford's Dumbdowns. $6 gets you in.

Heh, wouldn't drive out to Rockford to see either band, when I can see them at home! :cool: That's like driving up to Milwaukee, with less porn and cheese shops along the drive...

Both bands are damn good though(and great guys).

Never said they were nice! Said they were good guys(heh, used to chase Hoser out of shows and want to kick his ass for years. Now he's my buddy. Funny world...)!

i guess that's what happens when you don't directly quote.

and you'll get yer damn cookies when i decide i want to bake them. it's been humid here lately, and anyone who knows anything about baking knows that humidity isn't perfect bakin' and cookin' weather, unless you're grilling.
