I got a busted toilet at work. When you flush, the water doesnt leave the bowl until after its already filled..its flushing fine and its not overflowing...but instead of clearing, then filling, it fills, then it clears. Someone dookied this thing up bad and its getting annoying.

Slowly. But it drains as much as its supposed to, and fills up as much as it should

You've got a small clog...

Small enough to not stop it up all the way and let some water pass through.

Try a plunger.

If that doesn't work, try some Liquid Plumber or Drain-O...

i guess it's up to what the Accounts Payable chick will allow. Be a smooth operator and she might reimburse.
