I looked it up on ticket master they are touring the states no atlanta dates as of yet however it did say this "Pursey continues to tour and record with Sham 69"

I guess I'll wait and see when the date gets a little closer. I was hangin out with the guys from Flatfoot 56 tonight, and Tobin said they got booked on one of the shows with Sham, but didn't know any of the details about the Sham lineup.

If it's the same line-up as Concrete Jungle, then there's no Pursey.

From what I remember they weren't that bad - but I was a bit pissed...

If Pursey was playing at the bottom of the garden, I'd draw the curtains.

This is one of those shows I know I need to skip. 1) It wont have Jimmy Pursey signing and that very fact doesnt make it Sham 69. 2) With or with out Jimmy Pursey They will do nothing but preach leftwing crap and I will have to sit though a bunch of Anti-bush Anti Capitalism, left wing leberal speaches between songs. Basicly right or left I dont want to deal with a load of politcal speaches from a stage. 3) They will most likely play new music thats total crap like they did the last time they played Atlanta circa 1989. Their set sucked and that was with Jimmy Pursey playing. And btw they played a load of shit they hadnt released and non of their good stuff last time and I hear they do that alot still.

yup...thats exactly what I was told....they dont play any old shit...and tons of preaching between songs.....and that was told to me from a far-left-winged friend of mine..so thats all I need to know

The first four albums are great...no one can deny that...the slagging off of skinheads by Pursey and the constant preaching is not...

I haven't seen the new singer but heard he's okay....gets on with the songs...can't ask for more than that really....

A little something for all who show up. ANDPW and The Pietaster's are both worth seeing. Sham69 will either be total shit or be pretty good. Either way the door won't be locked preventing a departure :cool:
