my lease expired 5 days ago. i need to get the fuck outta here.
who wants to rent a room in north jersey?
the apartment includes:
3 bedrooms
LOTS of closet space.
Large living room.
Large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher
Washer and dryer in the apartment.
Central AC
Central heat
Pets OK
Bus to port authority, NYC stops across the street and drops you off at your door.
Appx. Time to port authority 45min.
Everything in town is walking distance including the tattoo shop where my roommate works, a sushi place (an awesome one at that), thai food, fried chicken, british food, mexican, a hardware store, lots of delicatessens, pizza places, etc…
The available room is quite large.
Never had any pets in it.
Walk-in closet/
Tons of electrical outlets.
2 windows
Access to the roof.

everytime i post something on craigslist and then i try to remove it, i still have assholes emailing me about something that is gone or whatever. it's a pain in the ass.
don't get me wrong, i love browsing on CL, i just don't like to post shit.

But how much is it?
you're not going to move to nj.
but for those who are interested it's $490/month plus gas & electric. comes to like $550/month. not too shabby.

I was just curious what rent would cost over there...
Haha, if I was in a better financial state I would love to move out of California. Although I am paying about 300 right now for rent in my brother's house. His girlfriend's mom pays the majority (about 1000 because it's her house and she's renting it to us, but she lives in the back room which close to a studio apartment) and we pay the rest (about 900.)
Are you going to show up to tell me my turtle doesn't love me or something? Because if you are, STAY HOME!
