When I watched reports of Fire Ty Willingham.com or Fire Ron Zook.com, or even how much shit the fans gave JoePa until last year, it used to make me sick, even though Florida State was in the exact same boat. The Seminole Nation was fooled into believing Chris Rix was responsible for our downward slide, but now it's all becoming apparent that there is an entire breakdown in our football program. We were one of the only football programs ever to go wire to wire ranked #1 in the nation, winning a National Championship in 1999 and competing for one again in 2000 but losing to Oklahoma. That year we scored 50 plus points a game against out ACC opponents, 5 years later we are losing to and barely beating unranked opponents. I don't know if people who are serious college football fans can understand this, but it's something that weighs on all of the Seminole Nation heavily. To watch the man who built our program from nothing into a dynasty play his fucking fiddle while his son strokes the flames, is hard to say the least. Our players can't execute, the coaches bench players who "don't play hard", yet they are the only ones open during the game, our offensive coordinator throws his players under the bus during interviews(what a role model), and our head coach can't even remember his players names. Next year people might be picking us for their Homecoming games.
