some dipshit just sent me every one of her files... obviously i dont want to download 3840 shitty songs. any recommendations on how i could get them off my que list? im trying to figure out how to remove said files without deleting them one by one... as that could take about 5 days. not to mention i couldnt even do that due it now stating "program not responding".
any help is appretiated.

You hold down the shift key, click 1 file then drag it down.

i think i may have to delete the program altogether and reinstall the whole thing... now its just frozen with the hourglass looking icon and 100% unresponsive.

Ive had this problem before, reinstalling wont help shit. I think I ended up disconnecting my internet connection and launching the program and I was able to sort it out like that. Should launch and not crash if you dont have the internet connection active. Best of luck.

Press the start button, then select "Run". In the text box that comes up, type, "net stop workstation"
That'll make you forget all about your problems with soulseek. Of course, you'll have a brand new host of problems that make 'em pale in comparison....

Shuts down the workstation service. Kills all sorts of fun processes.

Is it recommended as a light hearted prank?

soulseek is way better for complete albums. but for tv shows and shit, limewire takes it.

They all suck. Even torrent sites suck. Takes forever to get anything you want unless its insanely popular.

that may have something to do with it. or nothing at all. ive found soulseek to be a little better for more obscure shit.

soulseek is great when it works. right now i can't figure out how to configure it with vista so i haven't been able to use it in awhile and have been switching to torrents which is working very well.

Ive been having alright luck with torrents, as long as people are seeding shit it DLs fine. and soulseek isnt perfect, but it is free.

Just cause I don't do it, doesn't mean I don't know ANYTHING, Douglas. Don't be a hater, it doesn't look good on you.
