Anyone running windows should make sure that their auto update is on, and if not - go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and update your system.
Microsoft Security Bulletin MS08-001 <--we have discovered this is beyond simple to remote control any windows system due to the vulnerability being on by default in all Windows installs. It's not a public exploit yet, but I imagine with in 24 hrs or less, someone will have it figured out.
