He was also talking some shit about how if you are a Scientologist and you see an accident at the side of the road, you have to help because as a scientologist 'you know that you are the only one that can really do anything'; as if Ron Hubbard invented 911.

So that pretty much sealed the deal- he's not madly in love with Katie Homes, he's just mad.

Then of course there is Britney- doing crazy shit and speaking in tongues.

You're right. I watched that video of that britney fan crying his faggot-fucking eyes out over some dumb bitch who he has never met before. It's comedy. You must not have ANYTHING going for you in life to blindly worship someone like that, innit? But then again, you have cynics like me who will read the papers when they report britney trying to commit suicide or whatever because I really despise the slag and hope she ends up succeeding in orchestrating her own death. In Spears' case, at least she's making some bad decisions and publicly reaping what she's sown - there is actually a measure of relief in seeing a celeb do stupid things and pay for them rather than skate.
