It seems anytime I change my service plans ATT/CINGULAR/BELLSOUTH seems to fuck shit up. I just got my new bill $652.95. Its supose to be $239 or so. I AM CALLING THEM NOW.

Verizon totally fucked up my data and voice plan on my last smart phone, I have a $600 charge off now that I refuse to pay.

It's the whole reason I switched over to virgin pre-paid.

i used to have cingulars nationwide plan. i went to new orleans for a week and had a 400 and some odd dollar roaming fee on my next bill. i called and got nothing accomplished so i went to the store and was waiting to talk to a manager when i looked at the coverage area. sure enough all of louisiana was orange. i went right to verizon and tranfered. havent had a problem since.

Update: I talked to them on the phone they are fixxing it and I will only have to pay what not normal bill will be. They will be calling me back no later than the 28th.

You need to be careful with Verizon, I have that shit too. They have a thing where you can *share* networks. When I was in PA I was using ATT in most places and Im scared to death that will be charged as roaming.

I can't stand out of country call centers, I almost think that company's not only do it to save money from paying an American to do the job but to also save on people claiming refunds. There have been times where I have been slightly over charged and gave up on getting my money back because the frustration with the process wasn't worth my sanity.

Now that you mention it, thats true. I usually find mocking the accent gets me transfered pretty quickly. Usually I call and press 2 for Spanish, its alot faster.

Well back on topic they have dropped my phone bill to $352.95. So I am now waiting for them to remove the changes that are not supose to be there. About another $130 bucks worth. LOL. We shall see...

O you found me out or maybe it was the fact that two of my lines (wifes and mothers) were suspose to be $9.99 friends and family shared plans but they changed my $99.99 rates and they also kept my wifes blackberry plan on the account even though she does have a blackberry. And then there was a what they call a 3rd party $19.99 charge on each of 3 lines that I dont know what he hell it is. Then there was the usage fees they changed plus taxes on all that. My normal bill should be $194.95+tax+411 fees. And runs about $220 to $240 a month.

So I am sitting at $352.95 and they still havnt credited the $40.99 blackberry charge and and $59.97 3rd party charges. So thats a $100.96 then they have to readjust the taxes so I should be paying around $230 or so.

1 line (mine) has unlimited Data package so I can surf the internet via my phone, txt msg, email, etc... $39.95. Road Side Asst. $2.99.
Line 2 +$9.99 (wifes) 1500 txtmsgs $5.99, and Road side asst. $2.99 Plus phone insurace. $4.99.
Line 3 (Moms) +$9.99, Road Side Asst. $2.99 Insurance $4.99.


Total bill should be about $219 a month + tax + 411 usage.

Its not bad really. The insurance is worth it cause they have replaced free of chanrge at least 8 of my phones in the last 2 years due to breakage or lost phones. And road side asst has come in very handy with my wifes car at least twice.

sounds like our bill except we havent increased the minutes to 3200 yet. We got an ugly bill because they changed my text package and took off the unlimited plan we had as I get over 1100 texts a month on my phone alone. We also have a separate plan for our daughter which runs about $80/mth since it was cheaper to do that than get a business plan for 4 lines. I havent even added on my internet access yet just Erin's

But so far everytime we have had a problem with ATT they have fixed it pretty quick
