but it was only codified in the late 1800's and is a branch of Anarchism that has nothing to do with either modern communism or stalinism.... it advocates neither dictatorship nor a centralised state.... as to the flag, the Spanish Falange also used a red and black flag, as did the NSDAP, the National Bolsheviks etc.... modern reds havent the first fuckin clue what they believe or support and will use any fashionable symbol to wave in the street til daddys' trust fund kicks in....
