whats the best anti virus progames at moment

Spybot Search & Destroy works as an anti-spyware program.
Avast, ZoneAlarm, or F-Secure work as anti-virus programs.
It's always recommended you have only one anti-virus program installed, but several anti-spyware programs installed. So running Spybot S&D alongside Ad-Aware would work.

Use Hitman Pro to get rid of the spyware and stuff and I have McAfee for you, if you want it. Legal.
