how high can our rep power go? can we all donate to someone and get a super rep guy who can just straight up make noobs red with one punch?

That would be sweet.

But "the chosen one" must be of sound mind and capable of always making rational decisions. Power like this must never be abused.

How about..No?
Give people rep when you love'em or hate'em but to power up one person to take down newb's is a bit much. If someone is bad enough to need a ban on the first day we'll spot'em or you guys will in numbers. Don't worry, we do tend to keep an eye on things.
