itunes help

for some reason, my itunes isn't working as it should. normally it's on shuffle and i can skip to the next song...now i have to click on the song, hit play, and if i go to skip it, it just stops....

any help to get this back to the way it was?

p.s. i didn't change anything, it just stopped working.
