I swear to fucking god that I would walk into that place with $200.00 in my wallet and fucking next morning (well usually around 2 p.m.) wake up with $20.00 and some loose change and nasty fucking hangover.

The Congress Hotel is nearby...not sure what it costs...tho, if I remember correctly they broke the union there a couple of years ago...so you would technically be crossing a union line.

Seriously though, a couple of the people that used to bartend there, yeah, I'd believe it. That's why I always went to certain bartenders(well that and the drink discount!!!).

So far the only real affordable motel I've found was the Econo Lodge on N. Mannheim 10 miles away. $55 a night

How close is that to the venue? Its listed as $64 a night, but I can use a AAA discount so if its closer it'll be a better bet.
