Does anybody know of good and anonymous webhosting? Like a host that won't show the owners' details when you whois the domain.
I know of a few, but I thought someone on here should know about nice ones.

When you buy a domain name you have the option to hide your identity - but by most standards and law, your background info has to be correct or they can take the domain name back.

Now there are definitely ways to get around the privacy protection, you just gotta be more diligent - I'm not sure 'who' patrols domain names for accuracy but it only takes a single request to you from the registrar to correct any information....when you don't, they have the ability to take it then and there.
Now if you're just looking for random anon hosting - that's different - much easier to hide - but billing records is what will get you if you're not careful - all depends on who you're hiding from - Police/FBI etc - not much will hide you - Hackers/Skinheads/Freaks - not to hard to hide from them
