defrag on vista home professional

i havea sony vaio with vista home professional and i cant find any maintenance programs. how do i defrag it? i have a folder on mystart menu that says maintenance but its just my restore point.

Vista sets up an automatic defrag on install, it usually runs once a week in the middle of the night. If you don't turn your machine off at night, it will take care of itself.
