work bought me a new laptop with vista on it and every single dvd that i tried to back up isn't working...i'm not sure if it's the program or what...any suggestions?

Did you make sure that Shrink is up to date and compatible with Vista? I've come to find that a lot of my programs were not Vista compatible. Do a google search for Vista DVD burn or shrink.

send it back and ask for a Mac.
