Motorcycle TRAILER!

i need to either buy *cheap* or rent a motorcycle trailer for next weekend. i have called every u-haul and they claim to carry them on u-haul.com but none of them actually do! ah the frustration!

so if youre in the dc/baltimore area and have a trailer you could rent me for 3 days HELP A SISTA OUT!!!

I don't know if it's too far for you, but the U-Haul off of the Fairfax County Parkway just south of Springfield, VA deffinently does...

I used them when I picked my bike up.

well im going from baltimore to new york and back... the u-haul here can get one but they cant tell me they can guarantee me one for friday until thursday.. and i totally dont want to risk it.

The folding type (Stinger) go for about $1400, but if you can afford it, then you have something you can keep and stow away for times when you need it.

wow thanks hoon, but i really only need it once, to pick up a 1979 minarelli moped. i think a friend of mine here has like an atv trailer hes gonna let me borrow. look its so cute!

It's a modirtpedacycle thing.
Seriously though,instead of the trailer,just rent a small cube van with a ramp under the body,that's what I use when titleing my MC's at the State police barricks..Plus with a low deck height,you don't need other people to help you.

Yep, totally the way to go - panel van with some tie down straps and with a moped, you can use a 2X8 for a ramp.

well i went to new york this weekend to pick it up, borrowed my friends giant passenger tour van, took out 2 rows of seats and it fit nicely in the back.

the best part is- ITS SO MUCH FUN!! i want one for me now, this one i bought for the boyfriend.
