That's right folks, a room will be opening up at the Manse du Preston rd. it'll be 6 months left on the current lease, $550 a month & 1/2 utilities $650 security (due by 1 Feb). I may renew the lease and you'll be given the opportunity to renew then. Any pets MUST be cleared with the landlord first (and you'll be responsible for any pet deposit he may levee).
It's a 2 bedroom w/ study. Huge kitchen with dishwasher, Washer/dryer in unit, walking distance to Porter Square & red line, short walk to Union square & buses 85 (Kendal-Spring hill), 87 (Arlington - Lechmere via Davis and Porter), 88 (Arlington-Lechmere via Highland ave), 90 (Davis - Wellington via Sullivan & assembly sq), plus 86 to harvard & clev. cir, 91 to central, and CT2 to everyfuckin' where . Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking.
