No fucking way... Dodgy linework; crap shading and it's a pretty small design all up.. Are you at liberty to divulge who scammed that massive amount of bucks out of your friend for that? (And also; your mate must have realised after the first session that it looked fucking ordinary.. How come he went back?!?)
