Proposed amendment to the Massachusetts Constitution (in bold print)
A Declaration of the Rights of the Inhabitants of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
IV. The people of this Commonwealth have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves, as a free, sovereign, and independent State; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not, or may not hereafter, be by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in Congress assembled; and, be by the people delegated, by a vote authorized by the Massachusetts legislature, to a global federal union of democratic nations in its general court, or other named democratically elected governing body as may carry out the legislative function of such a federation. This Commonwealth of democratic nations, open to all free nations, shall be invested with powers which, while defined and limited to international affairs, shall be adequate to insure international tranquillity and safeguard human rights.
I have personally reviewed the final text of this Constitutional Amendment, fully subscribe to its contents, and agree to be one of it's original signers.
