This my latest tat, it was designed by the late and great Mad Marc Rude, he did a lot of work in Vagas, some of you may be familiar with his work. Tattoed by a local guy.

The colors remind me of a delicious sherbert..orange and strawberry swirl.

It's a nice design; the exectuion could have been a bit better. Her nape and feet are a bit wonky, as is what you can see of some of the linework, especially around the boob. But if you're happy with it then that's all that matters. Personally I reckon you should put up another pic of your upper left arm so we can all jump on the is it/isn't it done by Guy Aitchison bandwagon again, lol.

The feet... I don't like either, but I got the design from his wife after he died, so getting him to fix it for me was out of the question, and changing a dead mans art did'nt sit well with me considering it's a bit of a tribute peice. I am not 100% pleased with the tattoo work, but im OK with it over all. The local guy that did it was not in the same caliber as Mad Marc Rude after all.

I would post my Guy peice again, but then I would have to e-mail him again to prove its his work. Funny you mention it, because the peice actually got published in a book called Eye Tattooed America. The peice is called Toko Demon.

Intersting - I figured it for bad photography, not shaky lines. The only thing I would truly take issue with is the overuse of the yellow tones, would have been a lot better witha couple more gradients thrown in, but in fairness, it'll look a lot more blended once it heals. You could make a case for the shading around the kneecap, but that'd be getting truly picky.

Solid work if I'm right about the lines.

And go ahead and post the piece - I'll compare it with the one in the book if I can get my hands on it, been meaning to buy it anyhow. :)
