It used to be where one gentleman could challenge another to a duel with stated rules over about anything. Now we just get stupid people killing eachother without the entertainment nor honor of a duel.
I say bring it back and put it on FOX or something. Could be interesting to see what stupid shit people want to fight over, and how they want to do it.
Granted I could go down to the local bar and see this everynight, but beer bottles and barstools are boring weapons.

Sword-duels are still common in Europien college prats and are often a condition for entering. They take their stuff very seriously there, not your common Alpha Gama Drunka.

Sword-duels are still common in Europien college prats and are often a condition for entering. They take their stuff very seriously there, not your common Alpha Gama Drunka.
Eh? Ive been to universities across Europe and never had to challenge someone to a duel to get in. They tend to favour education over the ability to kill someone with a sword. Killing someone with a sword is actually illegal in Europe, unfortunately. I think you perhaps mean that a limited number of rich universities have a fencing team, which anyone is free to try out for, and like to indulge in perfectly legal fencing competitions.

I think that was a bit of time ago...the Junkers in Germany in the 1930s not really now..if its was I'm sure the EU would have banned it:D
As for fencing...what landscape gardening?:D
As for blades...in tight spaces something short and sharp.. a bit like rounders bats for close spaces and baseball bats for the open
