But this saturday, I think I'm going to get "Romanes Eunt Domus" put on me. I toss around tattoo ideas a lot, both weird and serious, but I think it's probably the thing most representative of me that I've ever come up with.
I just can't decide where the best place would be for text of that sort. I'm going to get it in the same sort of text as the original, looking kind of like it's crudely painted.
If you get the joke, you are my friend. It's really silly, and that's why I like it.

I suppose you're right. I mean, I should really get something pointing out to the world that I'm a skinhead, just in case no one could figure it out by the way I'm dressed. Or maybe I should be the eight millionth guy around with sparrows, spiderwebs boots or brass knuckles? Good point, that's FAR more valid than my idea.

My version would be a skateboard deck with "5:32 - Swinging On a Star" written on it. Anyone who gets that is someone I'm probably going to be able to tolerate for a beer or ten.

Do you know any of the other "old timers" other than Johnny? Do you go to retro/goth night at New City? Ever go see Rocketones or go to the car club gigs?

We're really good pals with Paul (of the Rocketones - I guess now the Ignitors) and Hal, but as I said I'll go for coffee with those guys, or they'll come by for coffee or supper, but I don't really go out to the bars too much any more. In summer Paul, Hal, Greg, etc. do more car show events, so I'll be looking for you at those! :)
