Tampa, Florida - Federal authorities have charged Charles Marovskis with two counts of murder.FBI agents arrested the 29-year-old man in Avoca, Pennsylvania last night. He appeared in court in Scranton this afternoon. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.Authorities say Marovskis was a member of the "Tampa Blood and Honour" hate group. They believe white persons of Aryan descent were the superior race, and that all other races and classes of non-Aryan people were inferior.Prosecutors say there are three stages of membership in the group: associates, probates, and members.
