more computer help needed

ok my pc needs rebooting, my daughter has done something to it and its not working properly.
i have no idea on how i go about rebooting it.
also i have a bloody pop up virus on my laptop. ive got adware spybot and norton and the fucker got through them all.
its a CiD virus or thats where all the pop ups are comming from how do i get rid of it.

nooooooo i mean completely getting rid of everything and rebooting from scratch, i know how to restart it

First, start up in Safe Mode and run Norton and Adaware. That may well fix your problem.

If that doesn't do it, start in safe mode with networking, and then go to housecall.antivirus.com and run their scan.
