It's what they're planning on using (or using already?) outside businesses that don't want teenagers loitering out front.

Just read an article about how teenagers can apparently hear the noise of two bat species that are inaudible to adults and a very old woman has finally been believed after 70 years of telling bemused scientists etc of it...
