Yes, the new site will take some getting use to. But over all we hope that it will be in an improvement from what we had. Yes, there are a few bugs and we are still tweeking stuff but give me some feed back.

yeah the replies always wanted a certain number of characters but the picture replies didnt. the only other thing i have a gripe about is the login info retention...the thing i mailed you about E.

I like it a lot actually. I just finished reading the review for the Austin, TX scene and enjoyed it a lot. I like that people will be giving reviews of shows, scenes, bars, etc. Gives you an idea of what everything's like outside of where we live and lets you know what to expect if you ever choose to visit some of these places.

No it's not - but it's a LOT of work...that took the better half of the first week ..we are however considering adding multiple themes on down the road so you can actually choose your theme colors (dark, light, default etc)...low on the list, but in the works if we can get to it.

I really like the navigation of the site, and the way things are set up. I like the color scheme very much in the daytime with the sun shining in, but I like the older colors better when it's dark in the room. Easier on the eyes. The color choosing thing will be awesome when it's done. I'm not such an awesome writer, but I like the ability to submit posts for promotion. Will everyone eventually have the option to submit posts or is it for beta testing only?

the punk scene is big...but skinheads? not that i know of...remember aganskin from the previous WSN? he's lucky enough to have a crew. which is probably because he lived in the punk rock (and basically any other underground type) music capital of indonesia.
jakarta on the other hand is big on techno/house music...lame...
some friends (punkers) and i were actually planning on a gig to revive the punk rock scene in jakarta, which involved an outdoor stage and a compilation CD of the bands performing. but we never got to do it cause a lot of us were busy with our own shit. and i've even deposited my share to fund that gig...don't know where my money went

me writing a review about the scene would put people to sleep...

I dig the new layout. Very easy to go about. Navigating around user profiles is a bit tough. Sometimes have to search hard for what you're looking for but it's just probably one of those need to get used to things.

Giving is pretty easy. When you see a post you like(or hate) notice on their info to the left. At the bottom of that is the "Blog this blah" followed by a * and a !. Click the * and go from there! I expect rep for that...

How about on the advance posting style is it possible to throw in a spoiler tag? Because eventually something is going to get posted where people are like, "Holy fuck why the fuck did you post that?!? Fucking warn us or something!!"

So in such cases it would be nice to be able to toss a around certain things and beforehand be able to say "I warn you ahead of time click the spoiler at your own risk"
